Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility across various platforms.
• Conduct thorough website audits and keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, header optimization, and content improvements to enhance user experience.
• Oversee the development and execution of off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink strategies and outreach programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics to track SEO progress and derive insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep the company's strategies relevant and effective.
• Train and mentor team members on SEO techniques and strategies to elevate the overall skill set within the team.
• Develop and manage local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in targeted markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with webmasters and industry influencers to facilitate partnerships that benefit SEO initiatives.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic search growth.
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
• Experience in technical SEO, including site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site speed optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Proven ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply them to enhance SEO strategies.
• Experience in the dental, healthtech, or medical sector is a bonus.
• Strong project management skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
