We are the property management company of a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and are currently seeking a candidate to take up the position of:

工作範圍：

• 負責執行有關物業之定期檢查、機電維修及保養等工作.
• 協調及監督承判商之工作.
• 工作時間:早上八時至下午七時(其中九小時).
• 五天半工作(需輪班).
•  

資歷：

• 中學程度及持有屋宇設備工程、電機工程或相關課程文憑，或完成相關技工學徒訓練計劃.
• 具三年或以上相關工作經驗.
• 須持有平安咭及有效電工A0牌照.
• 具備基本電腦操作知識.
• 良好溝通技巧及人際關係.
