• A degree holder majoring in English Language or equivalent
  
• Fulfilled the English Language Proficiency Requirement
  
• For the post of Panel Head, at least 5 years' experience in teaching HKDSE classes
  
• For the post of teacher, experienced in teaching HKDSE classes an advantage
  
• Have passed Basic Law and National Security Law Test
