We are the property management company of a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and are currently seeking a candidate to take up the position of:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing high quality property management services.
• Maintain good relationship with tenants and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure compliance with our requirements.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of diploma or above, preferably major in Surveying / Property Management / Language Studies
• With relevant working experience is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Office Location: Tseung Kwan O
