Job Purpose

The Marketing Officer is responsible for assisting the Head of Partnership in developing and implementing strategies that strengthen corporate partnerships and maximize collaboration opportunities. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with corporate stakeholders to enhance the MSF HK Family's mission and achieve strategic partnership goals.
 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Partnership promotion strategy
· Support the Head of Partnership in developing and refining the Partnership Strategy of MSF HK, ensuring alignment with organization goals.
· Assist in coordinating partnership activities in Hong Kong, optimizing initiatives within a holistic timeframe to achieve maximum impact.
· Support the Head of Partnership to prepare a comprehensive partnership plan that aligns with the overall partnership vision and strategy.
· Assist the Head of Partnership in planning and developing thematic marketing materials for partnership campaigns in Hong Kong.

Partnership campaign performance monitoring and analysis
· Assist in achieving departmental KPIs for outcomes and deliverables, measuring effectivess per campaign and channel.
· Generate regular reports and analyses to track and monitor the performance of partnership initiatives.
· Provide integrated analytical solutions to enhance decision-making across various channels.
· Source and liaise with partners.

Case study and internal capacity building
· Act as an ambassador, sharing the insight on market trends and partnership opportunities with the team.
· Identify emerging trends in the corporate sector, ensuring timely exploration and investment in new initiatives and channels.
· Participate in relevant working groups in the MSF movement for knowledge sharing and capacity building.

Transversal support to MSF HK Family
· Collaborate closely with other departments for integrated campaigns and partnership initiatives.
· Coordinate and implement partnership strategies across various platforms
· Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in partnership activities, proposing solutions to project owners.
· Perform any other duties as directed by supervisors and management when necessary.

 

The Ideal Candidate

• University graduate in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in corporate partnership development, sales & marketing. 
• Proven experience in building and managing corporate relationships to drive strategic objectives. 
• Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills. 
• Fluent in Chinese and English. 
• Good team player with high flexibility. 
• Strong presentation and numerical skills. 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
