Work you'll do

• Advise financial institutions, asset managers, and FinTechs on digital asset strategies, with a focus on CBDC/eHKD/stablecoins/digital asset strategy
• Analyze the impact of digital assets on business models and develop concrete implementation measures
• Conduct assessments to identify business potential for distributed ledger technology (DLT) and blockchain integration
• Develop strategies for integrating CBDC/eHKD/stablecoins/digital asset into cash, liquidity, payment, and treasury processes
• Support the implementation of smart contracts for payment automation
• Analyze current market trends and customer needs in the digital asset space
• Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as white papers and studies, to expand service offerings in digital assets

We are looking for someone with

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technologies
• Understanding of stablecoins, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, and tokenization
• Experience in consulting, financial services, or FinTech sectors
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  
  

Required Skills

• Understanding of front, middle, and back-office processes in banking, lending, and payments.
• Experience with CBDC/eHKD/stablecoins/digital asset related consulting projects
• Ability to analyze business benefits by applying the technologies
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementation experience of Central Bank Digital Currency and other blockchain integration technologies a bonus
