Job Duties
Perform receptionist and office administrative duties
Greet clients and visitors
Handle all phone calls, mails, couriers and packages
Responsible for making conference room reservations and maintaining conference facilities
Maintain tidiness of office and conference room area
Outgoing work is required when necessary
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 5 year of the relevant working experience
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
