We are looking for an ambitious, adaptable, and self-motivated sales professional to join our team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Managing Director of Enterprise Products, Greater China, and the regional sales leader, this role focuses on generating new business by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing accounts. The role is also responsible for retaining existing account relationships. Target client segments include insurance companies, asset managers, brokerage firms, banks, and fintech firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by driving new client acquisition and expanding business within current accounts.
- Collaborate with other sales professionals, sales specialists, product teams, and client support teams to deliver top-tier solutions to our clients.
- Align product offerings with market needs to support business growth and maintain competitiveness.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports.
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping investors and our clients achieve their goals.
- Excellent communicator and dynamic presenter, showcasing expert knowledge of financial products.
- Proven team player, sharing insights and fostering collaboration across sales and product teams.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
- Prior experience in financial data/solutions is a plus.
- Ability to navigate complex investment requirements and learn Morningstar’s capabilities quickly.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
