Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support service with helpdesk support, preferably in the insurance industry.
Computer hardware and software troubleshooting / diagnostic skills.
Proficient in popular software in both Microsoft Windows and Mobile App (Android, iOS, iPad, and tablet) and laptop
Experience in scale of event and conference meeting support, Audio and Video devices set up
Experience in ITSM ticket handling skills.
Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
