Responsibilities: Monitor and support the team to achieve pre-set service standard and ensure smooth operation
Assessing of sorts of insurance claims
Set up Claims Guidelines for new products and prepare Claims Manual from time to time
Work with auditors for claims audit
Participate in system design / testing
Handle claims related enquiries and complaints
Convey training to internal staff and agency
Provide coaching and training to subordinates
Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist supervisor for projects assigned by Management
Requirements: University graduates, with 6 years’ experience on claims in the life insurance industry, with supervisory experience for at least 2 years
Strong problem solving skills and analytical skill
Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet challenges
Good command in both written Chinese and English Salary: Neg
