Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content marketing, digital asset management, and brand representation across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

1.Update and Maintain Company Materials

• Refresh and enhance company introductions, investor decks, and other key documents to ensure they reflect the latest information and branding.

2.Content Library Management

• Organise and manage the company’s content library, ensuring all materials are easily accessible and up to date.

3.Website Updates

• Keep the company website’s news and media section current by uploading the latest press coverage and announcements.

4.Property Information Management

• Update and maintain property listings on various mapping platforms, including Google Maps, Apple Maps, Amap, and Baidu, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

5.Ad Hoc Duties

• Assist with additional marketing projects and tasks as needed, providing support to the broader marketing team.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
4. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
5. Basic understanding of digital marketing and mapping platforms is preferred.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
