Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-opening project in PRC, stationed in HK but occasional travel is required.
• Perform procurement activities for non-food functions.
• Implement strategic procurement and category management to ensure the delivering of best value of the corporation.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify market trends to facilitate the supply base.
• Manage the suppliers' portfolio to ensure reliable supplier sourcing and supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above.
• Possession of Professional Qualification in Procurement (e.g. CIPS or equivalent) is preferred.
• 15+ years solid end-to-end procurement experience.
• Preference for candidates with Pre-opening/ FF&E/ OS&E experience, especially from the hotel/hospitality/entertainment sector.
• Strong project management skills, can efficiently communicate with consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Kwowledge in category management, strategic sourcing and procurement.
• With business acumen.
