Responsibilities: Handle office administrative works including office and facilities management, office supplies procurement, filing of documents and so forth.
Handle mail and courier services to ensure timely delivery and receipt of important documents.
Manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance, repair and renovation services.
Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Assist with online banking operations including fund transfer, payment arrangements, fund records and so forth.
Provide additional support to the management if necessary, such as running errands.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements: Degree holder.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and accounting work.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and able to work independently.
Stable working history, and willing to stay with the company in long-term.
