Account management of existing bank partners, including maintaining a good relationship, driving new initiatives, implementing effective sales campaigns, ensuring bank partners are in compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist Department Head in identifying new business opportunities/partnerships and executing the required action plans
Support multi-distribution channels of bank partners, including face-to-face selling, digital distribution and telemarketing
Liaise with internal departments to provide various support for bank partners
Preparing business proposals and presentations
Prepare sales and marketing materials for the promotion of insurance products
Perform business analytics and regular reports
Keep abreast of competitor movement, digital and market trends
Support ad hoc projects
Requirements:
University degree with 8 years’ experience in bancassurance account management or business development
Strong knowledge of insurance products, marketing and regulations
Strong interpersonal skills and articulate well with both external and internal stakeholders
Sound problem solving skills with a strong drive to deliver business results
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
Occasional travel to Macau
