• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to continuously optimize content for better results
• Stay updated on industry trends, user needs, and competitor activities to ideate innovative and impactful content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with the overall marketing strategy
• Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet all deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation and operations
• Exceptional content planning, writing, and multimedia production skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations
• Data-driven approach to content performance optimization
