• Be account management of existing bancassurance partners
• Provide business development and marketing support, including organising incentive and promotion campaigns, souvenirs sourcing and business reporting etc., in both Hong Kong and Macau bancassurance business market
• Work on sales and marketing material, e.g. call scripts
• Prepare presentation decks on business and operations review
• Participate in pitching for new bancassurance partnership

• University degree with 7 years’ experience in insurance business development or sales support
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
• Occasional travel to Macau
