Ticketing Officer / Customer Service Officer (Airline / Hotel - Many Positions)
Clients: The Ticketing & Reservation Office of 1) 5-Star Hotel Group, 2) Premium Airline and 3) Travel Agency providing worldwide traveling, hostel packages and related traveling services.
Position: Ticketing Officer / Reservation Officer
Responsibilities: Answer inbound call and handle customer's enquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Room reservation, etc.
$15-20K. 5 day work. Performance bonus and Allowance
Requirements
Form 5 or above
At least 1 year customer services experience.
Relevant ticketing or customer services experience with airlines / travel agencies / hotel will be advantage but not a must
Good phone manner and customer service skills
Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
Fluent speaker of a third language (Japanese / Korean) will be an advantage
