Job Responsibilities

• Oversee full set accounting function of a PRC subsidiary
• Prepare and/or review certain subsidiaries’ month-end management accounts
• Act as finance bp of certain business units/departments
• Participate in budget and/or forecast for certain business units/departments
• Liaise with external audits, tax authorities, and other professionals
• Oversee and participate daily operations of accounting department, including reviewing claims and payments, and reviewing journal entries
• Liaise with internal engineering team to improve and maintain finance systems
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Qualified accountant like CICPA or HKICPA
• Familiar with IFRS, Chinese GAAP, tax regulations, and financial management principles
• Proactive, able to work dependently and efficiently in multi-tasking
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, mixture of audit and commercial experience is a definite advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
