Assistant Technical Support Officer - Insurance co

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for computer infrastructure and virtualization performance issues
- Install, configure and maintain the database management systems software
- Prepare technical specification and evaluation for new or upgrade IT projects
- Provide technical and production support for IT projects
- Provide end user support for Internal Office network and Agency Office network
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Computing Science or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in computer infrastructure, networking and virtualization
- Knowledge in Windows, Linux platform, MS SQL Database, Oracle Database, Cloud technology
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated to work independently and strong passion for learning and growth
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
