Assistant Officer – Employee Benefit - Insurance co
Perform administrative functions for both new and renewal businesses of the department;
Provide support on daily operation such as scanning, mailing, member movement, policy issuance and renewal;
Participate in projects on operation efficiency;
Provide quality after-sales service to existing customers;
Assist in ad hoc jobs and assignments.
Requirements:
Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience in group life and medical insurance operations;
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in writing English & Chinese correspondence;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
