The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the IT consultancy industry and a strong network of clientele. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions to potential clients.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior management.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure alignment and support in achieving business goals.
  • Provide input and feedback on product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Hunter role with a proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the IT consultancy or Technology industry.
  • Strong network of clientele and contacts within the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good employment history
