Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Technology Risk Management framework and system 
• Develop and implement technology risk management policies & procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks and suggest mitigating controls
• Perform risk reporting on technology risk status of the Company 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to technology risk management
• Oversee and handle technology risk management projects

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology, Risk Management or other related disciplines with 8 years’ experience in technology risk management
• Professional certificate in information security or risk management is preferred
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirements related to technology risk management
• Strong interpersonal skills and articulate well with different stakeholders
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
