Executive Summary:

• Our client is a major innovation and technology organization with strong presence in Greater Bay Area & Hong Kong.
• Manage IT Business Application including ERP, CRM and Smart Cities Applications, as well as relevant IT security compliance projects for around x100 users in its Hong Kong and GBA office
• Work with a team of IT professionals and external vendors resources

Major Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for the effective use and enhancement of business applications across the organization, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability through integration.
• Ensure all business applications comply with security policies through regular audits and assessments and implement incident response plans with mitigation strategies for security breaches with IT security team (E.g. SRAA, OWASP, Penetration Test, Stress Test, PIA and etc.)
• Create architecture designs, including data, applications, and technology architectures to guide IT’s development and investment
• Oversee application projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards
• Monitor application performance metrics and user feedback to Identify improvement opportunities and diagnose application-related issue, coordinating with other IT members for resolution

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• 10 years of experience in business application development and management, 5 years leadership experience in teams / projects with a proven track record of successful implementation.
• Solid experience in conducting of security risk assessment and audit, penetration test, privacy impact assessment and stress test is a must, DAST, SAST can be beneficial
• Familiarity with WAF, OWASP Top 10, ISO27001, NIST, CSF
• Awareness of trends in AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies that could create benefits for business applications
• Solid experience in big scale business applications projects from planning, discovery, design, implement, quality control and delivery, broad understanding of businesses and functions with the ability to navigate in IT enterprise systems with IT security standard
• Solid experience in risk management throughout the project lifecycle includes but not limited to risk identification, mitigation strategy, contingency planning
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, PMP & PMI-ACP is a must, TOGAF, PRINCE2, CISA, CISM can be beneficial
• Prior working experience in head quarter is a must, industry experience gained from real estate or property management, or park management can be beneficial
