Senior Manager or Assistant Manager – Underwriting - Insurance co
Harvest Personnel AgencyResponsibilities:
- Process individual life and health applications for high-net-worth cases
- Train and monitor performance of junior underwriters
- Supervise hotline services for agents and brokers
- Provide training to agents or brokers
- Establish underwriting procedures, guidelines, and operating rules
- Propose detailed business requirements for underwriting system for enhancing the automatic underwriting capabilities
- Compile the underwriting related content to regulator
- Participate in the reinsurance
Requirements:
- University graduates with 7 - 10 years’ relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferred
Salary: Neg
Locaton: Wanchai
