Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the team to achieve pre-set service standards and company goals 
• Handle and assess all types of insurance claims
• Ensure claims procedures comply with regulatory requirements, company policies and claims guidelines
• Set up claims guidelines for new products and update claims manual from time to time
• Prepare claims management reports
• Work with auditors for claims audit
• Participate in system design / testing
• Handle claims related enquiries and complaints
• Convey training to internal staff and agency
• Provide coaching and training to subordinates
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist supervisor for projects assigned 

Requirements:

• University graduates, with 10 years’ experience on claims in the life insurance industry, with supervisory experience for at least 2 years
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical skill
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet challenges
• Good command in both written Chinese and English
