Senior Manager – Policy Owner Services (Claims) - Insurance co
Monitor and support the team to achieve pre-set service standards and company goals
Handle and assess all types of insurance claims
Ensure claims procedures comply with regulatory requirements, company policies and claims guidelines
Set up claims guidelines for new products and update claims manual from time to time
Prepare claims management reports
Work with auditors for claims audit
Participate in system design / testing
Handle claims related enquiries and complaints
Convey training to internal staff and agency
Provide coaching and training to subordinates
Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist supervisor for projects assigned
Requirements:
University graduates, with 10 years’ experience on claims in the life insurance industry, with supervisory experience for at least 2 years
Strong problem solving skills and analytical skill
Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet challenges
Good command in both written Chinese and English
