Our client is an International Private Bank. They're finding a Event Coordinator/ Marketing Assistant to support their Bancassurance team
Job descriptions:
Assist in event planning and execution of corporate events, NGO functions or stage production etc.
Coordinate and facilitate effective communications with various internal operations and technical support to develop execution plan.
Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and event marketing posts.
Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Higher diploma or above in any discipline.
Minimum of 1 year's experience in Administrative, Event or marketing industry.
Excellent client-facing, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in spoken both English and Mandarin.
Proactive, Out-going, Energetic person
Candidates with prior experience as flight attendants or in cabin crew roles are highly preferred.
Welcome Fresh Graduate.
Immediately available is preferred.
