Responsibilities:

• Handle hotline enquiries and resolve customer requests via various means;
• Provide prompt and courteous services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities;
• Liaise with internal parties to resolve enquiry and follow up with client;
• Provide daily support to supervisor and participate in ad hoc projects.

• University graduates with 5 years customer services experience;
• Qualified license of IIQE - Paper I & III is preferred;
• Knowledge in Employee Benefits & MPF is preferred;
• Pleasant and possessing sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage;
