Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous hotline services to customers and agents with positive problem-solving capabilities

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate, with 2 years’ customer services experience, preferably in insurance industry and holding an insurance agent license
• Pleasant and possessing sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and customer-oriented
• Able to work under pressure with good time management
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
