We are partnering with a global entertainment multimedia group as client to assist their recruitment on a Account Management Associate role. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will focus on growing and managing corporate client accounts and driving commercial success on revenue growth through product license renewal.
Responsibilities:
Upsell license renewals based on licensees' business needs.
Ensure licensees optimize usage of licenses.
Act as 1st point of contact to handle enquiries on licensing renewals, rights, pricing, etc
Strive to exceed upsell targets to score commission.
Assist in the design of newsletters and other sales and marketing materials
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above with minimum 3 years' working experience in sales, business development and account management duties
Experience with handling product license renewal is advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills in providing exceptional service and building excellent relationships
Technical proficiency in using CRM and creative systems (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc)
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
