Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the Car family by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience.
- Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
- Prepare vehicles registration documents and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level.
- Regularly host customer in store and helping with 1 for 1 and registration documents signing and make sure to deliver superior customer service
- Demonstrate a mastery of all products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners. Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Driving license is a must-have.
- Higher diploma or above.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
