Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies to create brand awareness and drive business opportunities.
• Define all business sales strategies, marketing activities, digital marketing, PR & VM.
• Market trend analysis, retail sales strategies management, brand development & positioning.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to achieve annual sales target.
• Responsible for the overall marketing strategy mix for all digital marketing and sales promotions through different channels.
• Lead the marketing department to accomplish company task
• Work closely with different departments & locations to optimize the outcome.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

 Requirements:

• Degree / University graduate in Marketing/Business Administration or related discipline
• 4 years of work experience in marketing with at least 2 years at managerial level, preferably with exposure in beauty/multi-national company.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong Team Leader with supervisory experience.
• Creative, market oriented, motivate and energize the team.
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, basic PC knowledge
