Management of working relationship with internal and third-party servive
To develop and monitor campaign and content on 3rd party donation platforms
Job Purpose
To implement and manage fundraising programmes that aim to acquire new donors and generate income for MSF-HK.
Principal accountabilities:
To implement fundraising programmes in order to acquire the number of new regular donors and one off donors as devised in the Annual Plan
Management of day-to-day working relationship with internal and third-party service providers in support for timely implementation of these fundraising programmes
To develop and monitor campaign and content on 3rd party donation platforms
To support other regular donor channels like DRTV, mail drops campaigns and other new initiatives
Produce on-going data and performance analysis to ensure the campaign objectives are met
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Face-to-Face Street Fundraising
To consolidate and maintain the operation of all Face-to-Face fundraising activities of MSF-HK, including the fundraising ambassadors in the commissioned agencies
To steer and monitor Face-to-Face agencies in location planning, applications, logistics arrangements, presentation materials preparation and production, and fundraiser training in support of the F2F programmes
To plan and execute events for F2F programmes
Conduct location planning, handle application of venue and handle production for event booth in various kinds of venues for F2F teams
Facilitate the design and content for presentation materials and equipment
Provide regular MSF operational updates to agency teams
Maintaining a focus on quality on the code of conduct of all face–to-face activities at all times
Other Fundraising Initiatives
Support the production and operation of fundraising TV ad program and conduct regular monitoring of the quality of related services, such as telemarketing agency
To facilitate the production and design of maildrops/cold mail campaigns
To support printing and mailing processes of cold mail campaigns in liaison with vendors / Hong Kong Post Office or any third-parties involved.
To ensure programmes are delivered within the planned budget and timeline
Produce results tracking and post campaign reports based on timely and accurate data analysis
Participate in relevant working groups in the MSF movement for knowledge sharing and acquiring as the Director of Fundraising sees fit
The Ideal Candidate
University graduate
Minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing & sales, fundraising experience in NGO sector is an asset
Strong interest in humanitarian affairs; commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières
Excellence in campaign development and project management
Strong in storytelling and content development
Good proficiency in written English and Chinese is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, creative, results oriented and attentive to details
Good customer service and presentation skills
Able to work independently but also a good team player
