About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering team focused on VAS Solutions & new voice services for mobile network
• Oversee the entire service development process, including solution selection, service design, and traffic dimensioning
• Coach and motivate engineers to foster development and technical improvement
• Drive product development for mobile service solutions to achieve business objectives
• Technical support on regulatory issues and Inter-operator communication
• Handle commercial and contractual negotiation with vendors
• Plan budgets and implement cost control measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• 7-10 years of professional experience, ideally within the mobile network industry
• Proficient in 3G/4G/5G mobile networks and IP networking
• Deep understanding of mobile voice and messaging service, OTA and eSIM/SIM management
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML modeling and application development is a plus
• Strong project management skills with an ability to plan, execute and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong in internal and external stakeholder management
• A driven, positive, highly structured and analytical team leader
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; proficient in Putonghua is advantageous
