Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and manage ESG data and KPIs from various internal stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of the Sustainability Report and Sustainability Committee materials
• Assistant in ESG related projects initiated by holding company
• Support the Group in implementing and monitoring sustainability initiatives
• Assist in handling ESG-related matters such as award applications, ESG awareness activities
• Assist in preparing and developing Investor Affairs materials
• Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Environmental Science, Communication, or other relevant qualifications demonstrating sound understanding of sustainability
• Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience in listed companies / sizeable companies or sustainability/ environmental consultant firms is preferred
• Experience in the preparation of sustainability-related tasks, presentations, project management and coordination
• Familiarity with prevailing sustainability reporting standards including HKEX ESG guide, GRI standards, UNSDGs, TCFD and ISSB
• Working knowledge of ESG-related issues including SBTi, Net Zero, Climate Scenario Analysis, Scope 3 emissions reporting and rating platforms for MSCI, HKQAA and Sustainalytics is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
• Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
