Our client is a Market Leading Main Contractor who is equipped with a high number of significant projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and they just got two new housing projects awarded and looking for potential Site Agent / Assistant Project Manger/ Project Manager at all levels. To be successfully considered in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in structural or building engineering field in contractor
• Professional qualification is highly preferred but not essential
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Preferred Certification in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
