What you’ll do

• Project management - work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Product, Technology etc.) and external stakeholders, make sure the projects are executed on a timely basis, e.g. Travel rule implementation;
• Able to handle volume spikes, prioritize work and ad hoc projects to meet the demands from KYC and Transaction Monitoring Team strategically;
• Be responsive to queries about the investigations and related risk mitigation measures raised by Business and Support Units;
• Produce compliance publications and communications to applicable stakeholders;
• Design compliance-related workflow to support business and operational-related work;
• Incubate local compliance program

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 4 to 7 years of experience in a Compliance role in a financial institution
• Project management and business analysis skills are highly preferred
• Ability to interact effectively with Business Units, Product Units and build effective working
• relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
