Job Summary:

To assist Head of Marketing in executing marketing campaigns and activities for OCBC Hong Kong’s Consumer Financial Services (CFS) Division.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase product usage, and enhance cross-selling opportunities.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through an efficient mix of sales and marketing channels.
  • Marketing Campaign Management and Execution:
  • Design, plan, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for various business units and product owners.
  • Ensure the accurate execution of eDM and SMS campaigns in accordance with campaign requirements, identifying areas for improvement as needed.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, analysing effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage and monitor the marketing budget for responsible campaigns and projects, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Proactively analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct customer and market research to define target markets and opportunities, assessing perceptions of the bank’s products and services.
  • Content Management:
  • Oversee the content and performance of the bank’s website, mobile app, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, WeChat).
  • Ensure all marketing materials (physical, digital, and video) are effectively presented across all customer touchpoints, including digital platforms and physical branches.
  • Material Due Diligence:
  • Support the due diligence on customer-facing marketing materials as required, including the selection of guest speakers, KOLs, and celebrities.
  • Event Management:
  • Organize and support internal and external events as required.
  • Vendor and Agency Oversight:
  • Support the selection of and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including advertising, media, print, and PR agencies.
  • Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and other control functions to ensure adherence to Group and regulatory standards while implementing marketing activities.



Requirements

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related discipline
  • At least 10 years' working experience gained from Bank or Financial Institutions’ marketing and communication management function. Working experience in digital, social media and channel management is highly preferred.
  • Good team player, with excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships is a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the banking industry is preferred.
