• Creates concept with a strong design story, support the senior designer on design deliverables to meet budget
• Assist the senior designer in the proper execution of design and documentation
• Proposed color schemes and design ideas
• Communicates conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
• Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment
• Assist the senior designer on the day-to-day project coordination efforts with the ability to prioritize deadlines
• Work with client representatives, consultants, contractors, vendors to meet overall project objectives
• Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for construction
• Ability to work with the team members on value-engineering to maintain the design intent
• Undertake site, furniture, and equipment surveys
• On-site coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors during construction
