A leading Hong Kong based property group is now looking for a Technical Services Manager to manage their residential & service apartment portfolio.

Your new role

• Responsible for contractor, vendor and suppliers on their engineering work performance
  
• To take lead in repair & maintenance, A&A related projects
  
• To manage preventative maintenance program
  
• Responsible for managing design drawings, specifications, manual and emergency repairing works
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor in building services, electrical, mechanical and relevant engineering disciplines
  
• Min. 7 years experience in operations & maintenance scope in client side
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  

What you'll get in return

• 50-70k x 12month + bonus
