Responsibilities

1. Identify and hunt for new portfolio of strategic integrated partnerships.

2. Negotiate and execute contracts with select partners, including all technical, compliance, legal and commercial aspects.

3. Actively work with technical team for technical integration, track project progress, coordinate and push project progress to ensure project completion as planned.

4. Manage and evaluate the work of team members to achieve their best results.

5. Coordinate cross countries projects and intercepting new opportunities from partners and industry regulatory changes with international mindset.

6. Provide insights of payment industry, based on in-depth understanding of current trends, patterns of digital payments and able to foresee future trends.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English (Verbal and Writing).

2. Have 5+ years of relevant work experience-ideally with partnerships/business development in payment processing, acquiring or Fintech companies.

3. Have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with passion in payment industry.

4. Take initiative, prioritize, and you act with confidence and conviction.

5. Ambitious, driven to accomplish your goals with strong problem solving skills.

6. Teamwork oriented with comfort being both a leader and a support member.
