Job Description

This position focuses on the responsibilities of a Product Specialist, playing a pivotal role in leading agile software development projects using the Scrum framework. It requires someone with a unique blend of project management expertise, agile methodology knowledge, and business domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a proactive manner.
  
  

Documentation Management

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Organize and manage project files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Prepare and distribute project-related materials to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and procedures.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Quality Assurance
