Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify key talent needs and create succession plans and development programs to support career growth and retention.
  • In alignment with the global learning strategy, draft annual learning plans for identified strategic businesses and geographies, prioritizing learning solutions and ensuring an integrated, creative, and appropriate response to business goals
  • Design and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Design and execute employer branding strategies to enhance company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create engaging content and campaigns for social media, job portals, and other platforms to promote the company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align the employer brand messaging with the overall company brand.
  • Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, HR, and employer branding roles.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience with employer branding and the development of related content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools for branding purposes.
  • Special Projects: Manage any special projects assigned by the CPO or the team lead, demonstrating the ability to work independently while providing effective support to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Talent & Development Manager
