Assistant Talent & Performance Manager | Human Resources
Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify key talent needs and create succession plans and development programs to support career growth and retention.
In alignment with the global learning strategy, draft annual learning plans for identified strategic businesses and geographies, prioritizing learning solutions and ensuring an integrated, creative, and appropriate response to business goals
Design and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Design and execute employer branding strategies to enhance company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Create engaging content and campaigns for social media, job portals, and other platforms to promote the company culture and values.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align the employer brand messaging with the overall company brand.
Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in talent management, HR, and employer branding roles.
Strong understanding of talent management practices and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Experience with employer branding and the development of related content and campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools for branding purposes.
Special Projects: Manage any special projects assigned by the CPO or the team lead, demonstrating the ability to work independently while providing effective support to achieve project objectives.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Talent & Development Manager
