Member of Group Rewards team, supporting the team on Total Rewards programs, initiatives and activities.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Implement FWD well-being program (FWD LiveLife) including annual program planning, program execution and program evaluation
for Group Office and Shared Services across locations:
Prepare compensation offer proposals and support the approval process as per the delegated authorities.
Evaluate and analyze market data and maintain appropriate documentation.
Participate in compensation surveys including the evaluation and determination of appropriate benchmark matches, analyze and report results.
Conduct job evaluations for new positions to determine appropriate corporate grades. Reviews requests for the evaluation existing jobs based on revised job descriptions.
Support annual FTE planning and headcount tracking
Prepare quarterly and annual accruals, and other reporting requests from Finance, and support annual audit exercise
Support benefits reviews and administration
Support any Group-driven Total Rewards’ projects and programs as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of compensation and benefit knowledge and experience
Experience supporting wellbeing or engagement programs
Experience in partnering and liaising with country teams
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong critical / analytical thinking and numeric sense
Excellent Excel capability and communications skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
