PURPOSE
  • Member of Group Rewards team, supporting the team on Total Rewards programs, initiatives and activities.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
  • Implement FWD well-being program (FWD LiveLife) including annual program planning, program execution and program evaluation
  • for Group Office and Shared Services across locations:
  • Prepare compensation offer proposals and support the approval process as per the delegated authorities.
  • Evaluate and analyze market data and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Participate in compensation surveys including the evaluation and determination of appropriate benchmark matches, analyze and report results.
  • Conduct job evaluations for new positions to determine appropriate corporate grades. Reviews requests for the evaluation existing jobs based on revised job descriptions.
  • Support annual FTE planning and headcount tracking
  • Prepare quarterly and annual accruals, and other reporting requests from Finance, and support annual audit exercise
  • Support benefits reviews and administration
  • Support any Group-driven Total Rewards’ projects and programs as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of compensation and benefit knowledge and experience
  • Experience supporting wellbeing or engagement programs
  • Experience in partnering and liaising with country teams
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Strong critical / analytical thinking and numeric sense
  • Excellent Excel capability and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
