Your Role


The Associate role will be a critical member of our Corporate Development & Finance team, responsible for managing relationships with investors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting strategic corporate development initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial and business operations.



What You Will Do


As a Corporate Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities that align with the company’s long-term vision. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Investor Relations:


  • Serve as the point of contact for investor inquiries and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates, presentations, and reports to investors.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to investor questions and concerns.


2. Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the account and operations teams to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.


3. Corporate Development Initiatives:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, financial models, and presentations for corporate development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.



We Are Looking For People Who Possess


What we’re looking for in a candidate:


  • Education: University graduate in a related field or possess other relevant qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management or business analysis.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with development teams and users at a detailed level.
  • Capable of providing executive updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
