Report directly to the Hong Kong General Manager, the role is to drive and underwrite the AOP volume and NR target.
The Franchise Manager has to initiate and drive the development and implementation of channel, pack price and trade marketing initiatives in both the Organized Trade and Key Foodservices customers like KFC, Pizza Hut, Yoshinoya, Maxims and has to take the lead in the development of new foodservice account development program for Pepsi CSD product, Tropicana juice and Gatorade Sports drink.
This role also plays an important part of Coaching, Communicating and Aligning functions to Pepsi bottling partners and distributors team.
