We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic candidate to join our Data x AI team as Senior Data Analyst . In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with business users and driving the adoption of data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business users to gather requirements effectively.
• Conduct rapid, ad hoc analyses to derive valuable insights.
• Proactively generate insights tailored for business users.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with the technology team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data empowerment, including training, education, and providing necessary support.
• Offer analysis and insights from diverse data sources to strengthen the development of strategic initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data from external benchmarking and internal practices to inform decision-making.
• Design and construct dashboards and reports using tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or other reporting software.
• Execute reporting, analysis, and presentation activities in support of global initiatives.
• Understand business pain points and provide interim solutions to ensure effective functioning while awaiting enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Experience in data visualization using tools like MicroStrategy, Power BI, or other reporting software.
• Proficient in UI/UX design, with a keen understanding of dashboard design and performance optimization.
• Consultancy mindset towards senior business owners
• Retail Domain Knowledge: Experience with the retail sector is a plus.
