Purpose of Position
CASETiFY is seeking a data-savvy Global Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our creator partnerships and analytics strategy worldwide. This role combines deep cultural fluency in Western markets with strong analytical capabilities to drive full-funnel influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize creator partnerships while maintaining authentic storytelling and brand relevance across markets.
The ideal candidate will be deeply embedded in Western creator culture while having the ability to translate these insights for global markets, reporting to the Brand Marketing Director and leading a global team of influencer marketing professionals.
Job Description
Lead global influencer strategy with particular emphasis on US market trends and Western pop culture movements
Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence in execution
Stay ahead of creator economy trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments relevant to Western markets
Own influencer marketing budget allocation and ROI measurement across markets
Establish standardized processes and best practices for influencer partnerships across all regions
Partner with Data Analytics team to develop and implement comprehensive full-funnel measurement frameworks
Build attribution models to understand influencer impact across the customer journey
Identify and cultivate relationships with ideal influencer partners, ensuring authentic content delivery that enhances brand presence
Oversee high-impact partnerships with top-tier influencers and media networks, including contract negotiations and performance optimization
Analyze performance data to drive decision-making, working closely with the Data team to assess campaign effectiveness
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Creative, Social Media) on integrated campaigns
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and EMV to stakeholders
Build systems to maintain strong relationships with existing influencers and agencies
Requirement
5+ years experience specifically in influencer marketing/creator partnerships (agency or in-house)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing influencer marketing teams
Proven ability to spot and secure partnerships with emerging creators before they reach mainstream success
Deep understanding of creator economy dynamics and platform-specific best practices
Proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions
Strong track record of implementing successful global influencer campaigns
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with top-tier talent and agencies
Excellent grasp of Gen Alpha, Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior in Western markets
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization
Outstanding project management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Strong negotiation skills and experience in influencer contract management
