Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop bioinformatics analysis processes for sequence optimization.
  2. Participate in experimental design and data analysis for research projects.
  3. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to identify and solve problems through bioinformatics, and provide technical support.

4. Manage and maintain the company’s database and bioinformatics platform.

5. Provide bioinformatics technical support to internal and external partners.

6. Conduct bioinformatics-related research and apply the findings to the company's initiatives.

7. Ensure the quality and accuracy of analysis results.

8. Write and publish relevant research findings and reports.

9. Research new technologies and propose suggestions for optimization.

Requirements:

  1. PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related fields.
  2. Strong knowledge and practical experience in bioinformatics and computational biology.
  3. Proficiency in bioinformatics analysis software and programming languages such as R and Python.
  4. Familiarity with online databases such as PDB, IEDB, etc.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication skills, and a sense of teamwork and service.
  6. Possess strong independent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  7. Diligent, passionate about research, meticulous, patient, and responsible.
  8. Machine learning skills are a plus.
