Main purpose of the role:
We are currently seeking experienced negotiators to join Simmons Adaptive on an interim assignment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge to negotiate and manage complex master agreement negotiations independently. These will include ISDA Master Agreement and Credit Support Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Securities Lending Agreement, Futures Agreement and any ancillary agreements.
