We are seeking a Technical Client Service Delivery Manager based in Hong Kong, with a strong technical background in Microsoft cloud technologies. This role is crucial for leading service level performance, team management, coordinating internal resources, and managing escalation.

This role will involve leading service level performance, team management, co-ordination of internal resources, projects, vendor management as well as a high degree of escalation management. We are looking for strong experience in a support/infrastructure with knowledge spanning a wide range of technologies including M365, Azure, Networks, Security.

The day-to-day responsibilities will involve maintaining high levels of service and coverage to our VIP clients as well as oversight of performance metrics across helpdesk services, service usage, project deadlines and day to day company operation.

Pre-Requisites

- Must have present/recent experience managing a team of infra teams.

- Worked in current/recent role for at least 2 years or more.

- Must have experience in a client facing roll.

- Must have experience costing and managing IT projects.

Key Requirements

-Experience interacting with C Level personnel and VIPs

-Solid understanding across IT Infrastructure Security Principles (NIST KB advantageous)

-Well-read individual with knowledge on the latest technologies to market.

-Genuine interest in pushing boundaries of technology

-Invested in self-development and the development of fellow team members

-Ability to communicate with team and articulate ideas to clients

-Ability to work well and collaborate with other team members in different geographical locations
